I’ve always been drawn to stories — the moments that reveal who we are, the relationships that shape us, and the small details that often become the ones we remember most. My degree in psychology deepened that curiosity, teaching me to notice the ways people connect, communicate, and care for one another. But long before I studied human behavior, I was fascinated by people — by their stories, their relationships, and the moments that make each family uniquely their own.

For me, family photography is about more than creating beautiful images. It’s about preserving a season of life as it truly felt. Years from now, I don’t think you’ll return to your photographs simply because they remind you what everyone looked like. You’ll return to them because they remind you what it felt like to love one another in this season — the way your children reached for your hand, the way their personalities filled a room, and the moments that felt ordinary at the time but became meaningful with distance.

My approach is rooted in creating an experience where your family can simply be together. I want you to feel present, not preoccupied with the camera. I’ll offer direction when it’s helpful, but always with the intention of preserving the relationships and emotions that already exist. My role is to create space for your family’s story to unfold naturally — allowing room for play, quiet moments, big emotions, and everything that makes your family yours.

Outside of photography, you’ll usually find me gathered around a table with people I love. I’ve always believed there is something special about creating a space where people feel welcomed — where meals linger, stories continue long after the plates are cleared, and somehow another bottle of wine finds its way onto the table. Those moments have shaped the way I approach my work: with warmth, intention, and a deep appreciation for the people in front of my camera.

At the end of the day, I believe the photographs worth making are the ones that bring you back — not just to what this season looked like, but to what it felt like to live it.
